Thank you very much for contacting Apprising Ministries and for those kind words in the Lord. As the current apostasy continues to spread this kind of online apologetics and discernment work takes some pretty heavy enemy fire, so a letter like this, really means all the more to me. 

You asked: “could you give me the link to the sermon Dr Martin gave about Apostasy I cannot find it anywhere on your pages and yet I’m sure this is where I saw it.” I’m afraid I’m not exactly sure which sermon that is because, as I recall, he didn’t do one specifically called “Apostasy”; though he referenced apostasy in more than a few.

My guess is that you may be referring to his two lectures Cult of Liberalism and Cult of Liberal Theology, which I have cited a number of times. While the latter is very good, the former has a lot more fire to it. The piece below has a quote from Cult of Liberalism:

They both cover the subject, but each has much different content; I highly recommend both because the same things are going on right now in a growing cult of postliberalism, the egregiously ecumenical Emerging Church aka Emergent Church—morphing into Emergence Christianity.

I think what you asked for would the following quote from Cult of Liberalism where Dr. Martin says circa 1985:

For any person who does not know that today in the United States,  and in denominational structures world-around, we are in an accelerating apostasy does not know—I repeat—does not know, what’s going on. (Cult of Liberalism, CD Rom, available from Walter Martin Religious InfoNet)

And both of these resources named above are available from Walter Martin Religious InfoNet (just click on the name), where I’m also blessed to be among their writers. It’s especially pleasing because the Lord really used Dr. Martin in my early studies into counter-cult evangelism, apologetics, and Comparative Religion.

We sure do covet your prayers AM Reader for God to broaden the funding base for me because this critical work here at AM is done on a fulltime basis. This is still largely a step of faith because finances are at a critical low right now. However, God has always provided thus far when we need it.
