JULIE MEYER'S PROPHETIC WORD – PART 2

We received a couple of questions today via the Christian Research Network contact form concerning Julie Meyer’s alleged “Prophetic word” at something called the Gloriously & Wonderfully Made Conference, which featured false prophets like Patricia King and Meyer in San Jose back in April of this year. I was asked, “what do you think?”

For one it sounds to me like someone telling God TV exactly what they already wanted to hear. I also think Julie Meyer, as so commonly done within that phony prophetic circle, is misappropriating the Scripture and, at best, we see someone in the flesh attributing their own feelings to God. But if you were to hear a real prophet sent by God they will be calling you back to Scripture, to repentance from sin, to holiness, and warning of impending 1 Peter 4:17 judgments coming upon the Body of Christ as this apostasy grows.

By the way, I make no claim to be a prophet, but I do know of someone who was and he told us about scenes such as you’ll see in the two video clips referenced below:

They dress the wound of My people as though it were not serious. “Peace, peace,” they say, when there is no peace. Are they ashamed of their loathsome conduct? No, they have no shame at all; they do not even know how to blush. So they will fall among the fallen; they will be brought down when they are punished, says the LORD. (Jeremiah 8:11-12)

Sadly it seems, the gullible just grow more gullible; and personally, I find it rather reprehensible when people try and use the Spirit of God for a “show.” But that’s not their really their problem; may they repent of this lunacy in the Lord’s Name because if I as a mere unworthy servant deserving nothing finds this mockery of God’s Spirit offensive, one might just imagine how our glorious and majestic, great and mighty LORD God Himself feels about such sickening skubalon.
