Pastor John Chisham has placed up a video inteview he did with Tony Jones of the emerging church over at The Down Grade. In his intro Chisham says concerning this dialogue with Jones, a leading theologian in the Emergent Church:

Tony Jones asked me to Minneapolis to Solomons Porch to do an off the cuff interview (or conversation) about my issues with Emergent. The edited version will soon be on YouTube, but this is the unedited version from my own camera which I shot with Tony’s permission…

I want to say to things about this: First, Tony is an extremely likeable guy, and I would definitely love to hang out with him and have lots of conversations with him. The second thing is that I found out how, in my view, and I think in the scriptural view, he and the scripture are miles apart.

I truly think he thinks that he is right in his views, and I don’t think he purposely wants to harm anybody. But his teachings are truly dangerous and scary when you take them through the filter of God’s Word. (Online source)

Apprising Ministries feels that after listening to the “god” Tony Jones is representing that Chisham is quite correct when he says of Jones, “his teachings are truly dangerous and scary when you take them through the filter of God’s Word.”

And yet, right now, by not speaking up you continue allowing these Emergent wolves in sheep’s clothing into your evangelical youth groups to devour your own young. Well, I say the time has come when we should very seriously begin to wonder Is Tony Jones Even A Christian?
